Shasha Around Nature
Our Story

Two Brothers, One Home,Endless Stories

Deep in the cedar forests of Jibhi, Himachal Pradesh, two brothers transformed their family home into a place where travellers from around the world find warmth, laughter, and belonging.

What We Believe

Our Philosophy

Shasha is built on four pillars — each one a promise to every guest who walks through our door.

Warmth Over Luxury

We believe the best hospitality comes from the heart, not from a checklist. Every interaction — from your first enquiry to your goodbye chai — is personal.

Food as Love Language

From Italian pasta to Himachali siddu, from Thai curries to Rajasthani dal bati — our kitchen is where the world meets the mountains. Every meal is made with love.

Adventure Awaits

Whether it is a sunrise trek to Serolsar Lake, a drive through the Great Himalayan National Park, or simply reading a book by the stream — Jibhi has a pace for everyone.

Strangers to Family

The bonfire at Shasha is where inhibitions melt. Travellers from different walks of life share stories, music, and perspectives. Many arrive alone and leave with lifelong friends.

The Bonfire Tradition

Where Stories Come Alive

Every evening at Shasha, as the sun dips behind the cedar ridgeline, we light the bonfire. It is not a programmed activity — it is a ritual. The crackling wood, the ember glow, the crisp mountain air — they conspire to make even the quietest traveller share their story.

Some nights there is music — a guitar passed around, old Hindi songs hummed badly but joyfully. Some nights there is silence — the kind that only a starlit Himalayan sky can command. And always, there is chai.

“The fire does not judge. It just listens.”
